
Jennifer Grey was born March 26 60. Her first film role was Reckless (1984) and she made her biggest break in Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986). She subsequently earned worldwide fame for her role as Frances Houseman in the romantic drama film Dirty Dancing (1987), which was a winner of an Golden Globe Award nomination. Red Dawn (1984), The Cotton Club (1889), Bloodhounds of Broadway (1989), Redbelt (2008) and Redbelt (2000) were other feature films. Grey's TV work began with Murder in Mississippi (1990), Criminal Justice (1989), and If the Shoe Fits (2019). She also appeared in the role of Kelly Carter in the comedy Red Oaks on Amazon Prime Video. Grey has voiced on both films and television, with her voice in the 2018 film Duck Duck Goose and the animated television series Phineas and Ferb, which she created in 2008.
